1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Grinduro Wales 2023 Competition' promotion (the
“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and
conditions.
1.2. The Promotion is organised by Northern Consultancy Co Ltd. (Owner of Grinduro Global). The Promotion is organised in accordance with the Codes of Practice of The Gambling Commmission. UK law is applicable on these terms and conditions.
1.3. Entrants must have purchased an entry to the Event (Grinduro Wales 2023) to be eligible to enter the Promotion. Entrants with a complimentary/VIP ticket are not eligible for this Promotion.

2. Participation
2.1. The promotion is open to persons aged 18 and over, residing in the European Union and the United
Kingdom. Employees of Canyon, Shimano, PRO, Giro, EVOC, Magic Rock, Schwalbe, Wahoo Fitness, Styrkr, Northern Consultancy Co and its affiliated companies and the
immediate family members (spouse, children) and any person directly or indirectly involved in the
development or administration of the Promotion, are not eligible to participate or win.
2.2. Residents of Bosnia Herzegovina, Italy, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Portugal and Sweden are
excluded from participation in the Promotion.
2.3. Participants have to register for the promotion via the online subscription form at

2.4. The promotion operates from 1st of April 2023 to 20th of May 2023. Registrations received outside
of this time frame will be excluded from the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not
received for whatever reason.
3. Promotion Rules
3.1. Participants have to complete the form, after which a winner will be randomly
selected from the Participants who submitted the registration and answers to questions.
3.2. The random selection of the winners will take place on 20th of May 2023. The winners
will be notified by email in the same week. If a winner does not respond within five working days, the
runner up will automatically be designated the winner and will be notified by email.
3.3. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 5 working days after being contacted by
Grinduro Global, the winner is deemed to have rejected the prize and shall no longer be eligible to
receive the prize. Grinduro Global shall be entitled to select a new winner.
4. Prize:
4.1. Two main prize winners will each receive a Grinduro Wales goodie bag of sponsor prizes (listed in the competition details), the prizes will be collected at Grinduro Wales, July 7 - 9 2023 in Powys, Wales, from Event Sponsors.
4.2. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
4.3. The prize winners shall be responsible for paying taxes, if any.
5. Data Protection
5.1. Any personal information that participants provide in connection with the Promotion shall be used
by Grinduro to administer this Competition, contact participants, and for the other purposes
set forth in Grinduro's privacy policy located at https://www.grinduro.com. By entering this
Promotion, you agree to and accept that privacy policy.
6. Disclaimer:
6.1. Grinduro does not accept any liability regarding any damages, of any kind, arising out
or related to (participation in) the Promotion.
6.2. In case of any situation of force majeure Grinduro reserves the right to withhold the
prize. Grinduro is not obliged to hand out an alternative prize.
6.3. Unless the contexts otherwise demands, words importing any gender shall be interpreted to mean
any or all genders.
