Grindurito is a half-distance, distilled, just-for-fun ride to give you an experience of the full Grinduro.

Note: Pro categories are for professional and trade team riders only.

Grinduro events are not associated with any National or International cycling events body, and therefore you will not accrue points towards your race license by competing in Grinduro events.

* The Paracyclist categories are for individuals with permanent physical or visual impairment(s) using a human-powered single upright bicycle or tandem (no electric-pedal assist permitted). Unfortunately, the Grinduro courses are not accessible to handcycles due to gates, stiles and hike-a-bike sections. Cyclists with acute injuries or temporary conditions are ineligible.
