Grinduro California organizers, Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship have gone live with registration for their new VIP Racer Bundle, which is designed for those who plan to race all three Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship race events in 2026: Lost and Found Gravel Festival on June 13, the Downieville Classic August 8-9 and Mountains to Meadows Endurofest, featuring Grinduro and the Mt. Hough Enduro September 12-13.
Racers need only to register for one race at Downieville and Endurofest to be eligible for the bundle.
Racers who commit to the bundle receive 15 percent off all three race entries, VIP self-contained camping at each event, a separate VIP packet pick-up line and a commemorative T-shirt.
The VIP Bundle racers will also benefit from a new cancellation policy. Before April 1, 2026, racers can cancel for a full refund. There are no refunds or credits after April 1.

There are only 30 VIP Race Bundles available so act quickly! The window to purchase a VIP Bundle closes on December 31.
If you aren’t ready to commit to a whole year of racing, the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship are opening up registration to previous racers of Grinduro California and other Sierra Buttes events, on Monday, the 27th October. If you register before November 2, you’ll receive a 15% discount with a full refund if cancelled before March 1, 2026. Registration will open to the public on November 3, with a 10% discount for two weeks before prices go up on November 17.
Pricing for Grinduro California is unchanged in 2026.
Proceeds from all these races directly benefit Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship, and their work to strengthen rural communities where these races are held, through trail development and building.
Since forming as a nonprofit in 2003, Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship has built 231 miles of trails throughout the Lost Sierra region, and maintained more than 2,900 miles, including all the trails featured in the Downieville Classic, Grinduro and the Mt. Hough Enduro.
