HANDMADE BIKESHOW

Grinduro’s Art and Bike Exhibit is a curated display of some of the most interesting and elaborate works of art in cycling. We showcase the independent artisans and the iconoclasts who rarely get the spotlight at traditional trade shows and bike events.

We are excited to have the following builders join us for 2017:

  • Mercredi Bikes
  • Blue Collar Bikes
  • CX Nation and Baker’s Dozen Wheel Works
  • W.H.Bradford Designs
  • Calfee Design
  • Breadwinner Cycles
  • Sklar

ART EXHIBIT

In addition to the bike and component exhibit, we’ll have work on display from some of our favorite artists, photographers and craftsmen.

The Grinduro Exhibit Hall is basically a curated collection of our favorite, mostly-bike-related things. It’s two parts handmade bicycle display, one part art exhibit, one part independent craft fair and one part bike shop.

EXCELLENT FOOD

We believe that bike riders’ health, attitude and performance is directly related to the foods that they eat, so we have amazing food planned for the weekend.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included with race entry. For the rest of the weekend we will have various vendors on site selling food.

Some things to look forward to:

  • Verve Coffee Roasters
  • Sierra Nevada
  • Pangaea  Cafe
  • Coloma Wraps
  • Mountain Magic
  • And more!

LIVE MUSIC

This year’s live music line-up is stacked higher than ever! The Tijuana Panthers, a trio from Long Beach, CA will be dishing out a fusion of surf, garage rock and punk that will jumpstart the post-race party. Mojo Green will takeover from there, kicking out classic funk and soul jams that will have you groovin’ and shakin’ well into the night.  And finally, we’ll finish off the night in the hands of the legendary DJ COOP, who will be back in the house spinning the beats you crave so much.

Location

Quincy, California, is located in the northwestern Sierra mountains. The closest major airport is Reno-Tahoe International, about 1.5 hours away. Bay Area residents should plan on a scenic, four-hour drive.
